Basecamp Ijmuiden is hosting a summer dinner for a small group in the greenhouse. There will be a 4-course dinner with secret drink pairing provided by plant-based food designer and recipe developer, Aleks Sliwinska. Expect a mix of carefully curated local produce of the season. Aleks is also a star at formatting with lots of colors and textures, turning each plate into a beautiful picture.
