The perfect place to appreciate nature, enjoy the beach or get inspired. We welcome a wide variety of people; from nature lovers, kite and wave surfers to digital nomads. With Tiny Offices & Events, Basecamp is the perfect place for companies to host their team outing, brainstorming session or strategy meeting. Guests say our venue has a festival-like vibe. We like to approach our guests in an informal way with lots of personal attention and room for improvisation. Our goal is to develop a global network of Eco-resorts and remote Work Hubs. To be a year-round destination for environmentally conscious tourists, digital nomads, and start-ups.


As the Meetings & Events Operations Trainee, it’s in your hands to keep Basecamp a place of joy, exploration, learning and establishing a feel of community. You’ll be the host and a large variety of meetings & events. Thinking of group-reservations for dinners, meeting rooms and (yoga)retreats to Basecamp. You will also be operating the Tiny Bar, making sure the inventory is up to check and guests are continuously surprised with our amazing offer.

Accepting events at Basecamp, organizing them and communicating with potential guests about their wish list, budget, and timelines can be a challenge, and that’s part of the game. With your help, Basecamp will be known as a place buzzing with life and festivities!


  • Organizing and executing events
  • Running the bar
  • Inventory management
  • Executing community events such as drinks with the owners of the tiny houses, retreats or private dining.


Has a level of higher vocational education, a friendly and open attitude, showing hospitality. Is very flexible and able to work proactively and independently as part of a small team. Problem solving skills, clear communication and a hands-on attitude are great traits in this position.
